Would you like to market your calligraphic services on the Portland Society for Calligraphy website? We want to make it easy for people visiting our website to find calligraphic services and to connect with a PSC member who can fulfill their needs.
We will no longer be providing telephone referrals.
Use our website to market your services by having your own email link, link your existing website or list your contact information. The $25 annual fee for this service must be renewed by January 15 of each year. You must be a current PSC member with dues paid for the term of the listing.
To be listed on the Portland Society for Calligraphy as a Freelance Calligrapher for Hire:
1- Send a check for $25 payable to PSC to our treasurer, P.O. Box 4621 Portland, OR 97208 and note as a payment for a Calligrapher for Hire listing.
2- You must be a current PSC member in good standing.
3- Send an e-mail to webweaver@portlandcalligraphy.org which includes:
a- How you want to be listed. You may choose to be listed by your name and an e-mail link, and a link for your existing website or with standard contact information.
b- Include a paragraph of text, not to exceed 100 words which describes styles written, services provided, and a brief biography of your calligraphic experience.
c- a digital photo of a work sample. An ideal image is a JPG that has been resized to 72dpi and is no larger than 320x240, but the webweaver can convert your photo for you if necessary.
After the webweaver confirms payment has been received by the treasurer, anticipated time between receipt of fee and listing on the website is 2 weeks.
